Even though we are yet to see a real life picture of the iPad 3, Apple has reportedly cancelled all the iPad 3 parts with its Taiwanese suppliers. Reason? The Retina Display that packs a mighty 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution. The new display was turning out very low yield rates.
Due to that, Apple would have been forced to increase the price of their next generation iPad, something which no one would do in this over-saturated tablet market. That said, take everything with a grain of salt as Apple may surprise with a new more powerful iPad 2 HD or iPad 2 Plus packing the new Apple A6 processor.
